Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 2025

At Glowingly Empowered, every item is made-to-order with love, intention, and quality through our trusted third-party partner. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a final sale policy with limited exceptions.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or

  • You receive the wrong item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at glowinglyempowered@yahoo.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) in question

  • A description of the issue

We will work with you to replace the item or offer a store credit where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact us if the issue isn’t resolved

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed, as production begins immediately through our third-party partner.
